Refund Policy

Returns are possible within 30 days

You have the right to cancel (withdraw from) your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The return period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically takes possession of the product.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you can send us a clear statement by email indicating that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. We will confirm your withdrawal request and provide you with the return address.

Products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags attached.
The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
The items being returned must show no signs of use.
Hygiene products (such as underwear) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

If items do not meet these conditions, the return unfortunately cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that products have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Return Costs

The cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility. Returns are always sent at the sender's risk. Therefore, make sure you obtain shipping proof with a tracking code. Lost returns without shipping proof will not be reimbursed.

Return Processing Fees

At AIDA LENA, we do not charge a restocking fee or administrative fees for returns. If you return an item within the specified return period and it meets all return conditions, the full purchase amount will be refunded without any additional deductions on our part.

Refunds

For a full return, you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount. For a partial return, only the returned items will be refunded.

Refunds are generally issued within 5 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Procedure

Contact our customer service at support@aidalena.com to register your return and request a return label.

Send the package to the return address provided by us, using a tracking code.

Exchanges

It is possible to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product, provided the item is in its original condition, has its labels attached, and is unworn. To do so, contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@aidalena.com Any shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To do so, contact us as soon as possible at support@aidalena.com Has the order already been shipped? You can still return the items within 30 days in accordance with our return policy.

Wrong Item or Wrong Size?

Did you accidentally receive the wrong item or size? We will send you the correct item at no cost.
