This shipping policy describes the terms relating to the processing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

Shipping costs

At AIDA LENA, you benefit from free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No additional shipping costs will be charged. You only pay for the product.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver exclusively to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

Cut-off time

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 (CET) are processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). The average delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 4 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday). The total delivery time is 5 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday).

In exceptional cases, such as public holidays or high volumes at delivery services, the delivery time may vary.

We ship our packages via reliable carriers such as Bpost, DHL, Royal mail and PostNL.

Track and trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email that allows you to track the package until delivery.

Problems with your delivery?

If the expected delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, please wait an additional three business days. If the order still has not been delivered after that, please contact us at support@aidalena.com We will assist you as soon as possible.

Returns
